Our Mission:  We provide an independent and inclusive forum committed to understanding and

advancing U.S. and allied spacepower.

Our Vision:  We serve as the intellectual guiding star for U.S. and allied spacepower.

Our Strategy: We encourage diversity of thought related to spacepower, while maintaining full

independence, academic freedom, and editorial prioritization of content.

Academic Freedom: We enjoy the full benefit of academic freedom and prioritization of content, as that content is agreed upon by the members of our organization.

We are an independent and professional intellectual platform that transcends any political, cultural, social, religious, or professional affiliation. 

We do not have a formal relationship with any government or organization. Dauntless is self-owned, controlled, and funded. While we support American and allied spacepower efforts, we are not lobbyists for the government, industry, or international allies.

We are an all-volunteer organization. Our staff and our contributors' participate in personal capacities and views, despite their affiliations, do not represent the official policy, position, or endorsement of

any Department or Agency of the U.S. Government, or any other non-government and private

organization.
